At YAD, we pride ourselves on the strong leadership of our volunteers. The YAD Leadership Development program is an essential part of securing our future leadership today through a 10-session program.à

The goal of the program is to identify, recruit, train and educate young leaders to further develop their leadership skills personally, professionally and/or in relation to community involvement in order to ensure continuous leadership excellence from our community.

The objectives of the program fall into three main modules:

What kind of leader do I want to be and what are my developmental needs in order to get there?

Jewish Community

• What does it mean to be a "Jewish leader"?
• Get a better understanding of the Montreal Jewish community. Learn about Federation CJA and its agencies.
• What are my passions? How can I add value to the Montreal Jewish community?

Social Network

Opportunities to create new networks and relationships.
